The installation ‘Does the angle between two walls have a happy ending?’ is a room that’s impossible to enter. A dazzling light welcomes us, and from that moment, everything changes. Where are we? On a distant planet? In a laboratory? Or maybe on a space-ship? It’s impossible to say. Four primordial monkey foetuses turning continuously are hung onto the walls. We nonetheless feel like we’re in the headquarters of an advanced civilization. When the light goes out, a disorientating noise begins. The mechanism that feeds the room gradually slows down, as if exhausted, but suddenly everything starts again in an endless cycle. For a few minutes, we’re immersed in a universe where it’s difficult to understand what has happened. We come out overwhelmed, full of questions: where were we? What have we done? And most of all… did we like it?
